Keys to the Future


Thank you for your interest in supporting Sozo Sports of Central Washington through our Keys to the Future campaign. This campaign gives our community an opportunity to win a home while helping create greater opportunities for young people through sports, education and community programs.


Tickets are $100 each, with a maximum of 6,000 tickets available. If fewer than 5,000 tickets are sold, the home prize will be replaced with a cash prize equal to 50% of total ticket sales, less expenses. In addition, seven winning tickets will be drawn for separate prizes.


The last day to purchase tickets is Monday, May 31, 2027, and the drawing will be held Friday, June 4, 2027 at 1:00 p.m. at Sozo Sports Complex in Yakima, Washington. Need not be present to win.


Tickets can be purchased at the Yakima State Fair 9/24/26 - 10/4/26, through a Sozo FC athlete, or in our Sozo office.

raffle terms & Conditions

  • Drawing will be held Friday, June 4, 2027 at 1:00 PM at Sozo Sports Complex, 2200 South 36th Avenue, Yakima, WA 98903.
  • Need not be present to win.
  • A maximum of 6,000 tickets will be sold at $100 each. Ticket sales will end May 31, 2027, unless all 6,000 tickets are sold earlier.
  • Seven (7) additional winning tickets will be drawn for separate prizes. These seven prizes will be awarded regardless of whether the home drawing or the 50/50 cash drawing is conducted. Each winning ticket will be eligible to win only one prize.
  • If 5,000 or more tickets are sold, the home will be awarded through the scheduled random drawing.
  • If fewer than 5,000 tickets are sold, a cash payment equal to 50% of total ticket sales, less expenses, will be awarded to the winner in lieu of the house drawing. The seven (7) additional prize drawings will still be conducted and all seven additional prizes will be awarded.
  • Odds of winning are based on the total number of eligible tickets sold. If all 6,000 tickets are sold, the odds of winning any individual drawing are 1 in 6,000. If fewer tickets are sold, the odds will be based on the actual number of eligible tickets sold.
  • Tax withholdings of 24% are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and are due prior to the prize being transferred, to the extent required by applicable law. Winner is also responsible for any taxes, license, registration, insurance, closing costs, title fees, recording fees, or other fees associated with the prize won.
  • Winner must claim prizes by July 31, 2027, or demonstrate that financing, closing, or the required property-transfer process is in progress.
  • Per IRS regulations, as a game of chance, raffle tickets are not tax deductible.
  • Purchaser(s) must be individually listed on each ticket. No company or business names are allowed.
  • The ticket stub must match the identification of the ticket holder.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Employees of Sozo Sports of Central Washington and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter. Individuals directly involved in administering the raffle may also be excluded from participation.
  • Any/all purchasers or holders of this Sozo Win-A-Home Raffle ticket agree to hold harmless Sozo Sports of Central Washington, along with its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, staff, volunteers, contractors, and representatives, to the extent permitted by law.
  • All Sozo Win-A-Home Raffle ticket holders agree to share their likeness for any/all Sozo Sports of Central Washington official promotional purposes, including post-raffle winner announcements, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Names and contact information of ticket purchasers will be added to an internal database to be used for marketing and communications related to the Sozo Win-A-Home Raffle and Sozo Sports of Central Washington, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
