Yak Attack 2026 Brings Another Incredible Weekend to Yakima
Another year of Yak Attack is officially in the books, and what a weekend it was. Teams from across the Pacific Northwest came to Sozo Sports Complex on May 16–17 for one of the region’s most anticipated soccer tournaments — and the energy all weekend long was incredible.
As the oldest 5v5 soccer tournament in the Pacific Northwest, Yak Attack continues to bring together competitive teams, passionate families, and a strong soccer community for two days full of nonstop action, great competition, and unforgettable memories.
From early morning kickoffs to championship celebrations, the complex was packed with athletes competing hard and having fun doing it. We loved seeing players of all ages showcase their skills, compete with intensity, and represent their teams with pride.
More than anything, Yak Attack continues to show the strength of the soccer community here in Yakima. The turnout this year was outstanding, and we’re grateful to every team, coach, referee, volunteer, and family who helped make the tournament such a success.
Thank you to everyone who traveled to Yakima and spent the weekend with us. Events like this continue to help grow the game while creating opportunities for young athletes to compete in a fun, fast-paced environment.
We’re already looking forward to next year!
